Project Scope

Each project is based on the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing confirmed before work begins. Any request outside the approved scope may require additional time, cost, or a revised project agreement.

Revisions

Revision rounds depend on the selected package or proposal. Revisions are intended to refine the approved direction, not restart the project with a completely different concept. Typical revision turnaround is 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, required content, timely feedback, approvals, and access credentials when needed. Delays in feedback, approvals, or materials may affect the project timeline.

Payments

Payments are due according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or package terms. Work may be paused if a payment is overdue. Rush work, third-party tools, paid plugins, hosting, domains, stock assets, and other external costs may be billed separately unless included in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed and the terms agreed at purchase. Once concepts, designs, development work, strategy, content, or other deliverables have been started or approved, refunds may be reduced or unavailable. Completed work, rush fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

Inactive Projects

If a client does not respond for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold. Restarting an inactive project may require updated timelines, additional fees, or a revised scope depending on the work required.

Ownership and Usage Rights

Final ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client after full payment is received, unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Draft concepts, unused ideas, internal files, source files, and working materials remain the property of OneBox Studios unless specifically included in the project agreement.

Third-Party Materials

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, plugins, fonts, stock assets, APIs, payment gateways, or hosting services. Their terms, pricing, availability, and performance are controlled by the respective providers.

Content and Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied text, images, videos, trademarks, and business claims are accurate, lawful, and approved for use. OneBox Studios is not responsible for legal issues caused by client-provided materials.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OneBox Studios may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, presentations, and marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

We work carefully to deliver reliable services, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, platform downtime, or third-party service issues.

Changes to These Terms

OneBox Studios may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply to future use of the website and services.
